Old beams, leftover rafters, and stone form the basic structure of the Carriage House. A rustic ladder (not show in photo) leads to the sleeping loft.
A working office on the garage level has an internet connection. An outside staircase leads to living quarters with wonderful tree-top views of the surrounding country side.
The spacious living room has a queen-sized sleeping sofa. Wall cabinets with barn style doors on either side of the bedroom open to provide satellite TV with VCR on one side and closet on the other.
Above the office is a dining alcove surrounded by windows. It also doubles as a work space providing great natural light and seats four for dining.
The bathroom is spacious with a large shower.
The bedroom faces the horse pastures and provides two extra long twin beds.
This small kitchen has an electric cook top, coffee maker and under counter refrigerator/ freezer.
